Vendor applications for Eco Fest Fort Wayne 2026 are now open. Please fill out the information below. Applications may take a few weeks to process. You will receive an email if you have been approved as a vendor. Check your spam as some of our emails get flagged. If you have any questions about your application, please email jodi@ecofestfw.com

Please review some of our food & beverage vendor requirements below:
Single Vendor Booths are 10'x10', and Double Vendor Booths are 10'x20'.

Price increase on April 2, 2026 to:
F&B Booth $80 single, $120 double
No increase for Trucks or Trailers
If you need space bigger than 10'x20' for your truck or trailer, please enter the estimated space needed in feet.
Include what waste reduction measures you'll take in packaging and serving.

Please upload up to (3) HIGH RESOLUTION photo(s) that best represent your business or organization. We suggest submitting original files versus downloading any images from social media as Facebook lowers the resolution on uploads.

We will not use photo collages or business logos.

If you are accepted as a vendor, we will use this image for promotional purposes.

By signing this form, you agree to follow Eco Fest’s waste-reduction measures. These include the guidelines shown above.

In an effort to support you as a vendor, Eco Fest is willing to offer guidance and help with these efforts. Waste-Reduction concerns, questions, or “problem items” MUST be communicated with the Eco Fest team at least 14 days before the event.

Failure to comply with this may result in your booth being asked to leave the event or may prevent you from being accepted at future events.
