Set inside a historic barn on ACRES Land Trust property and perfectly timed around Earth Day, the evening will feature a guided tasting with the winemaker, exploring sustainable winemaking alongside thoughtfully paired locally sourced snacks. Daylily Estates will share the story behind the wines — from regenerative farming to fully off-grid production — while ACRES Land Trust and Eco Fest Fort Wayne speak to the landscapes and environmental work shaping our region’s future.
