Single Vendor Booths are 10'x10', and Double Vendor Booths are 10'x20'.

Price increase on April 3, 2025 to:
F&B Booth $80 single, $110 double
No increase for Trucks or Trailers

By signing this form, you agree to follow Eco Fest’s waste-reduction measures. These include:

- Elimination of ALL single-use plastic including flatware, condiment cups, straws, etc. during Eco Fest
- Reliance on recyclable materials should be limited to aluminum, glass, and cardboard/paperboard
- Subsitute with BPI certified compostable items where absolutely necessary (paper straws, compostable plastics, food trays, etc.)

In an effort to support you as a vendor, Eco Fest is willing to offer guidance and help with these efforts. Waste-Reduction concerns, questions, or “problem items” MUST be communicated with the EcoFest team at least 14 days before the event. Failure to comply with this may result in your booth being asked to leave the event or may prevent you from being accepted at future events.
