Vendor applications for Eco Fest Fort Wayne 2025 are now open. Please fill out the information below. Applications may take a few weeks to process. Single Vendor Booths are 10'x10', and Double Vendor Booths are 10'x20'.

By submitting this form, you agree to follow Eco Fest’s waste-reduction measures. These include:

- Elimination of single-use plastic (plastic bags, wrappers, plastic bottles, etc.)
- Substitution of reusable items whenever possible (totes, jars, containers)
- Limiting waste brought into the event to what is certified compostable or recyclable (with a specific focus on paper, paperboard, cardboard, aluminum, or glass)

We understand that certain products/items may prove difficult to abide by these expectations.

Please communicate with the Eco Fest team if you have specific concerns. Vendors/organizations who fail to comply with this waste-reduction policy may be asked to stop selling individual items, or to leave the event. Past compliance will be considered during the application process of returning vendors
