Vendor applications for Eco Fest Fort Wayne 2026 are now open. Please fill out the information below. Applications may take a few weeks to process. You will receive an email if you have been approved as a vendor. Check your spam folder as some of our emails get flagged.

By submitting this form, you agree to follow Eco Fest’s waste-reduction measures. These include:

- Reduce the use of items like bags and packaging first
- No single-use disposable items or packaging

If necessary, the order of preference for materials used at your vendor station
1. Reusable
2. Compostable
3. Recyclable

No plastic bags or packaging No recyclable items smaller than a credit card

We understand that certain products/items may prove difficult to abide by these expectations.

Please communicate with the Eco Fest team if you have specific concerns. Vendors/organizations who fail to comply with this waste-reduction policy may be asked to stop selling individual items, or to leave the event.

Past compliance will be considered during the application process of returning vendors.

A note about giveaways: If offered, they should be useful and durable, of high quality and not packaged in plastic. Items to be given away should be cleared by Eco Fest staff. Please reference the examples below.
